Fries of all kinds are like charming bad guys. No matter how hard one tries to avoid them, it is not only tough but next to impossible to resist them.
However, fries are not Entirely food-villains. There are some good sides to fries too.
They have the tendency to fill up the hunger-pangs pretty quick so you end up eating a lot lesser portion when combined with other foods.
Recent studies have also revealed that, the antioxidant content of certain veggies like potato, eggplant, pumpkins are enhanced by deep frying them!

Never settle for a cheap medium for frying. Good oil with high smoking point is a priceless health-investment because the temperature is the key factor to “healthy frying.”
