My Personal Mix and Match?
I like to experiment with blending in different flavors of the States in our country. Nothing compares to the simple and tasty combination of Sambhar rice with crispy fried baby shrimp, or Amti, and rice with shallow fried Parwal, or Kadhi
Chawal with Aloo Poshto or dal, and rice with Chokha!
